Are you feeling distant from your partner? Arguing more than connecting? Perhaps you’re struggling with communication, emotional intimacy, or the impact of a betrayal.
As a qualified relationship counsellor, I offer online couples counselling across the UK, supporting partners who feel stuck, lonely, or unsure how to move forward.
Whether you’re navigating:
• Frequent arguments or conflict
• Lack of emotional or physical intimacy
• Parenting pressures or life transitions
• Betrayal, trust issues, or infidelity
• Feeling more like housemates than partners
Counselling provides a safe, supportive space to explore what’s really going on, beneath the silence, the sarcasm, or the repeated rows.
🧭 What to Expect
I create a calm, non-judgemental environment where both partners feel heard, respected, and understood. Through gentle exploration and practical tools, we’ll:
• Improve communication and reduce conflict
• Rebuild emotional intimacy and trust
• Understand repeating patterns and stuck dynamics
• Support each partner’s voice and needs
🌍 Flexible Online Sessions – Wherever You Are
Whether you’re in the same home, different cities, or time zones apart, online therapy makes it easy to access support — no commute, no stress.
💬 Is This You?
Many couples I work with say:
• “We love each other but can’t seem to talk anymore.”
• “I feel more alone in this relationship than when I was single.”
• “We keep having the same argument on repeat.”
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay this way.
💞 Take the First Step
You don’t need to wait for things to get worse. Couples therapy can help you move from surviving to thriving, together.
